Job Summary

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the national AMS-VPS strategy, leveraging the right mechanisms and platforms to drive business growth. This role requires outstanding communication and leadership skills, with a proven track record of innovation and exceptional forward-looking capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a tailored GTMx strategy to fit the VBP portfolio-selling approach
• Establish necessary professional relationships with policy makers and hospital management teams
• Lead cross-functional teams to secure AMS-VPS strategy execution
• Develop modes and narratives for field force to ensure effective communication and implementation/refinement of process
• Collect regional market information and maintain customer information databases

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Medical or Medicine, Master's degree and MBA preferred
• 8+ years' experience in Marketing, Strategy, Business Planning roles
• Proficient oral and written English
• Demonstrated business acumen, project management skills, and ability to grow others
