Kate Spade New York is a global life and style house with a rich history dating back to 1993. Our brand is synonymous with joy, optimism, and femininity. We're looking for a talented Marketing Director to join our team and help us drive our brand's success in the local market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a local marketing strategy aligned with our global brand strategy to enhance brand image and awareness in the local market.
- Build and maintain a strong brand identity that differentiates us from competitors and reflects our 'joy colors life' spirit.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a strong marketing calendar that aligns with our global marketing efforts and local market conditions.
- Develop and execute public relations strategies to build brand awareness and maintain strong relationships with key media titles and KOLs.
- Lead the development of brand marketing and customer activation strategies, including seasonal campaigns and social media engagement.
- Develop and implement retail marketing and CRM strategies to drive business growth and customer loyalty.
Requirements:
- Master's degree or above.
- At least 15 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven, with a growth mindset.
