Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy Development

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to leverage our product portfolios and drive business growth.

Team Management

Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.

Collaboration and Communication

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, medical development, and regulatory affairs, to ensure effective marketing strategies and execution.

Performance Monitoring and Evaluation

Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies.

Brand Management

Develop and execute brand management strategies to build strong brand awareness and drive business growth.

Market Research and Analysis

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the market and develop marketing strategies to address them.

Stakeholder Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, medical professionals, and regulatory agencies.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing leadership roles
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and market trends
