Product Marketing Director

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Marketing Director to lead our category team and drive the development of industry-leading products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting and managing strategic category direction, ensuring cross-functional alignment, and identifying new business opportunities to drive innovation and commerciality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of marketing professionals to create and execute marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
- Develop and implement marketing plans that align with the company's overall business objectives and category direction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and sales, to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform marketing strategies and drive business growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including markets, retailers, and internal teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product marketing and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the sports industry.
- Proven track record of success in managing and developing direct reports.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire and motivate team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Fluent in English and proficiency in MS Office programs.
