The Role
Coty, a leading fragrance company, is seeking a talented Marketing Director to drive the development and execution of marketing strategies for its luxury skincare brands in China. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for building brand awareness, desirability, and consumer engagement through innovative marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement brand strategies based on consumer insights, competitive analysis, and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns, including advertising, digital, and promotions.
- Provide timely and insightful business analysis and reports to inform marketing strategies and action plans.
- Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to achieve business results.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to ensure Coty remains competitive in the luxury skincare market.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in luxury skincare and fragrance.
- Proven track record of success in marketing strategy development and execution.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Fluent Mandarin and English language skills.
- Strong understanding of the Chinese market and consumer behavior.
