Marketing Director, China

CooperCompanies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts in China. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company's overall mission and vision.
- Lead a team of marketing professionals to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of marketing plans.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Develop and manage budgets to ensure effective resource allocation.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, customers, and partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and improvement in marketing efforts.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing with budget responsibility in international companies in consumer healthcare, medical devices, or CPG/FMCG.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Fluent English communication (writing and oral) ability.
- Ability to work with and relate to international management and business practices.
- Frequent travel within China, with occasional trips to Asia/Global (HQ).
- Frequent conference calls with various groups in different time zones with APAC & Global.
