Global Service Operations Specialist

Mondelēz International is seeking a talented Global Service Operations Specialist to join their team in Greater China.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive service excellence and contribute to the company's mission to lead the future of snacking.
About the Role
You will be responsible for ensuring impeccable service operations in Mondelēz International Digital Services, working closely with colleagues to support process standardization and simplification. As a co-owner of standard operating procedures, you will analyze exceptions, provide recommendations for process improvements, and lead sustainable continuous improvement processes.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Service Excellence: Ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met, utilizing your expertise in process and service knowledge.
- Standardization and Simplification: Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures, driving efficiency and effectiveness in service operations.
- Training and Development: Provide input for training materials, ensuring that new hires are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Data Protection and Compliance: Verify that standard operating procedures and data protection activities align with Mondelēz International policies and relevant laws.
- Continuous Improvement: Analyze exceptions, offer recommendations for process enhancements, and lead sustainable continuous improvement initiatives for the team.
Your Requirements
- Process Expertise: You possess experience and knowledge in your specific process area, as well as working in a shared service organization.
- Teamwork and Influence: You excel as a good team player and have the ability to influence others.
- Business Acumen: You have experience in process design and mapping, business requirement gathering, and effective communication.
Above Average Salary for Global Operations Professionals
We offer a competitive $85,000 - $110,000 per annum salary range, commensurate with experience and qualifications, making this an attractive career opportunity.
