About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our Corporate Administration and Procurement team in North Asia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, managing procurement processes, and ensuring compliance with corporate regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with authorities to ensure corporate compliance, including regular communications with regulatory bodies and stakeholders.
  • Act as an internal and external focal point for office administration and facilities, including custody and use of company seals and important documents.
  • Manage office procurement through SAP Purchasing Specialist, effective supplier and contract review and negotiation, procurement and management of office supplies, and effective budget control.
  • Provide administrative support for internal and external meetings and ad hoc tasks related to corporate administration and procurement.
Requirements
  • University degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Strong stakeholder management and customer service orientation.
  • Strong organizational and time management prioritization skills.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in an international environment.
  • Proven SAP experience is a strong plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office and spreadsheet and analysis software.
