Job Description

As a key member of the Belkin International team, you will play a critical role in leading the NPI Operations team to achieve successful product launches. Your expertise in supply chain management, manufacturing, and process engineering will be instrumental in driving manufacturing to meet demand and ensuring a stable supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and host escalation meetings to address supply chain operational gaps and ensure timely resolution.
  • Review and monitor teammates' project deliverables, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Work with suppliers, sub-tier suppliers, and cross-functional teams to achieve NPI product launch On-Time and On-Volume.
  • Participate in NPI project meetings to identify materials, components, manufacturing bottlenecks, and supply risks, and drive mitigation plans.
  • Lead and drive solutions for demand and supply gaps, and initiate team discussions on capacity planning.
  • Investigate E2E compound yield and review learning curve assumptions.
  • Partner with GSM-NPI, RSP, Product Manager, and GP teams to ensure long lead time materials and components are sufficient to supply launch volume and meet launch time.
  • Provide and maintain CTB (Clean To Build) plans, including supply and/or manufacturing schedules of critical MIH, bottleneck components, and key manufacturing and/or testing processes.
  • Review and ensure manufacturing and/or delivery plans are in line with Regulatory Compliance (RC) readiness.
  • Engage with PMO to provide extended support when necessary.
  • Work with GP and RSP to provide PO allocation and guide/monitor FATP supplier's production input and output to meet launch targets.
  • On-site management at suppliers when necessary.
  • Provide a "Handover Package" to GP Team as a deliverable for PMO E2 Gate Review Meeting.
  • Partner with GP to jointly train and guide new suppliers using the New Supplier On-Board Package.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in supply chain, manufacturing, process engineering, and/or product development.
  • Strong interpersonal skills dealing with all levels of organization, including suppliers.
  • Results-oriented and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, with problem-solving ability.
  • Self-motivated individual with strong communication skills and ability to present to management.
  • Flexible, open working style, and ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple product launches at suppliers' end.
  • Meet deadlines in a fast-growing and dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work across diverse cultures.
  • Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Program Management, Engineering Management, or other related disciplines acquired from an internationally reputable University or Tertiary Institution.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) skills.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Other languages would be an advantage.
  • Flexible to travel based on business needs.
