Product Software Integration Specialist

Job Summary:

As a Hardware Application Engineer at Qualcomm, you will play a key role in providing technical expertise to customers through trainings, product demonstrations, and the design, debug, test, and quality support of customer products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with Technical Account Manager (TAM) for customer build release schedule/priority and follow up code change with develop POC along with TAM.
  • Integration: Integrate change from tech teams, resolve build failures along with develop tech team.
  • Maintain release information and communicate with internal and external team.
  • Support Tools team to optimize the build tool chain for better user experience of build release.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Software development experience in C, C++, Perl, Python.
  • Previous experience in Wireless protocols (CDMA, WCDMA, GSM, WLAN), LTE.
  • Version Control Software: Perforce, ClearCase, or equivalent.
  • Build integration experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Entry level, new grad 1-2 years' experience - Preferred BS degree (CS or EE)
  • Previous experience in software development.
