About the Voith Group

As a Software Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the region, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our customer base.

About the Role

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Provide product demonstrations, training, and support to customers.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver customer solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in the Process Industries, preferably with dataPARC or similar software packages.
  • Strong understanding of Operational Technology (OT) and IT, including systems design, continuous process improvement, and project management methods.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Chemical or Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the Process Industries, with a focus on large accounts and enterprise sales.
