Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Communication: Collaborate with customers to understand their technical requirements and provide solutions.
  • Product Development: Design and develop new shock absorbers, including creating BOMs and 2D drawings, and releasing them in the GPDM system.
  • Engineering Documentation: Prepare and maintain engineering documents, such as DVPs, CC/SC lists, DFMEAs, and supplier lists.
  • Problem Solving: Lead problem-solving efforts for engineering issues during development, including following up on DV/PV progress and releasing test requests to testing labs.
  • Sample Preparation: Create sample binders and support prototype preparation and build events.
  • Tuning and Release: Release ride work and tuning kit requests and support tuning events.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical skills and experience in software development and engineering.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
