Job Title: WeChat Product Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled WeChat Product Specialist to join our team at Infineon Technologies. As a key member of our product management team, you will be responsible for developing and executing product strategy for the WeChat ecosystem, including WeChat mini programs and WeChat Martech solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute product strategy for WeChat ecosystem, including WeChat mini programs and WeChat Martech solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and prioritize features.
  • Conduct user research and market analysis to identify new product opportunities.
  • Define and monitor key metrics to track product performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Work with IT and relevant teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and launch new features.
  • Work closely with business teams to identify partnership opportunities.
  • Monitor industry trends and provide insights to inform product strategy.
  • Manage product roadmap and communicate progress to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, marketing, or business administration.
  • 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Strong business understanding of the WeChat ecosystem, including WeChat mini programs, WeCom, WeChat service & subscription accounts, SCRM, and CDP.
  • In-depth knowledge of web technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Project management experience in a highly independent, but collaborative environment.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to derive conclusions and proposals based on alignment with various internal & external stakeholders.
  • Excellent presentation and rhetoric skills in English and Chinese.
  • Work experience in multi-cultural teams / international environment.
  • Personal characteristics: good learner, self-motivated, proactive, accountable, energetic, creative skills, problem solver, team player.
