The Director of Catering and Convention Services is responsible for the efficient operation of the Events department at Hyatt Regency Xuzhou. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to drive catering sales and convention services revenue growth
- Lead a team of catering and convention services professionals to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure seamless event execution and high guest satisfaction
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to optimize departmental performance
Requirements
- University degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
