Bristol Myers Squibb is a leading biopharmaceutical company dedicated to transforming patients' lives through science. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Medical Representative to join our Immunology team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge and disease area expertise
  • Meet or exceed regional sales targets
  • Execute market manager-defined market strategies, identifying and partnering with key healthcare professionals (HCPs) to achieve promotional plans
  • Gain a thorough understanding of key HCPs in the assigned region and responsible territories
  • Update client data
  • Coordinate local 'in-office meetings'
  • Timely update HCP information and conduct visits according to plans
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key HCPs, understanding client (medical) needs
  • Meet and maintain company requirements for visit rates, knowledge levels, capabilities, behavior, and personal image
  • Regularly report visit situations in the ETMS system
  • Provide accurate reports and, according to established procedures, contact direct supervisors
  • Provide direct supervisors with information on the effectiveness of BMS promotional materials
  • Develop and improve professional knowledge through training, conferences, and self-study of medical literature
  • Share knowledge and experience with team members
  • Manage professional equipment and promotional materials, ensuring they remain in good condition
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a pharmaceutical or life science-related field
  • Familiarity with local hospital promotional work
  • 1-3 years of sales experience
  • Preference given to those with tumor experience
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, teamwork spirit, and ability to analyze and solve problems independently, even under pressure
