At Adjust, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive business growth. As a Technical Account Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients in China, providing technical support and guidance to help them maximize the value of our product.

As a member of our China TAM team based in Beijing, you'll work closely with our Sales and Integration teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and support. Your goal will be to retain clients and ensure they're satisfied with our product, which will play a major part in your success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical support and guidance to clients on how to best use our product
  • Resolving technical challenges and issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Conducting daily check-in calls with clients to ensure their needs are met
  • Collaborating with our global Support team to provide comprehensive support

Requirements include:

  • Experience in a client-facing role in advertising technology
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese to work with our clients in China
  • A grasp of basic data analysis techniques
  • Proficiency in Excel and command-line tools like Grep and SQL
  • An ability to break down complex topics into simple terms to ensure client understanding
  • Strong attention to detail
