Amazon Global Selling is pivotal in our mission to offer customers an unmatched variety of products sourced globally. This initiative enables businesses to present their offerings on an international platform through Amazon. Each year, numerous enterprises from various countries contribute millions of new products to our Marketplace.

The Asia Global Selling Existing Seller Management (ESM) team at Amazon is in search of a proactive Business Operations Program Manager. We require an individual who can swiftly adapt to evolving circumstances and build trust with diverse stakeholders in a dynamic setting.

In this role, the chosen candidate will be an integral part of the ESM Central Operation Team. They will play a key role in supporting ESM business planning, pinpointing strategic opportunities, refining operational processes, deriving insights from data, and enhancing existing workflows. The ideal candidate will demonstrate robust project and program management capabilities, with the proficiency to manage their own responsibilities while effectively supporting their team.

This position necessitates exceptional communication skills and the ability to foster strong relationships with various stakeholders within the organization. The perfect candidate should have a proven history of driving process enhancements, developing standard operating procedures and tools, and converting data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage strategic operational tasks, including business and data analysis, planning, reporting, goal setting, performance evaluations, and program operations.
  • Interact with various stakeholders and business teams to translate ambiguous requirements into actionable strategies, coordinating the execution of global policies in local markets.
  • Employ data analysis tools such as Excel and SQL to perform thorough data assessments and lead productivity initiatives.
  • Optimize workflows within the team to effectively prioritize operational support activities.
  • Create standard operating procedures, workflows, metrics, reports, and tools to boost productivity for business teams.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with Microsoft Excel.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or equivalent software.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Over 5 years of experience in finance, business management, and sales operations.
  • Experience in a rapidly growing technology company.
