About the Role

Crimson Education is seeking an experienced marketing professional to join our team as a Global Sales Manager. As a key member of our global admissions team, you will be responsible for driving local awareness, inquiries, enrollments, and retention among Mandarin-speaking families in ANZ, US, and Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead the growth strategy for Mandarin families, ensuring alignment with our sales plan
  • Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of local marketing, digital, and growth campaigns
  • Own the targets and funnel, monitoring the pipeline of prospective families and reporting on marketing touchpoints and campaign performance
  • Partner with our sales team to nurture prospective families through to enrollment
  • Design and create marketing campaigns with the Design team to create positive customer experiences and increase enrollment
  • Partner with the global marketing team to tailor events, PR content, landing pages, social posts, Facebook, Adwords, emails, and more to promote local events and initiatives
  • Strategize and maintain an events calendar of in-person and online seminars, webinars, and panel events to grow enrollment interest
  • Lead partnerships and business development opportunities
  • Grow re-enrollments through a community-centric calendar of events and campaigns that you lead, in partnership with CGA's global community team and school faculty
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing to Mandarin-speaking families outside of Mainland China
  • Native Mandarin and fluent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in the education technology or schooling industry is a plus
  • Adaptability and growth mindset to arising opportunities and new initiatives
  • Comfortable working in an international technology company with colleagues from all over the world
