Business Development Manager, Shenzhen Global Private Banking

HSBC Global Private Banking is seeking an experienced professional to develop third-party partnerships and sales activities for lead acquisition and contribute to the achievement of GPB customer growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Explore relationships to develop third-party partnerships and sales activities for lead acquisition.
- Plan and monitor sales activities and leads acquisition against performance targets, analyze resource requirements, propose and implement measures to increase productivity and profitability.
- Implement initiatives in channel development, planning, preparation, and organization of sales activities to ensure high-quality and cost-effective leads acquisition.
- Implement business plans, including channel structure, sales goals, manage channel cost-to-income ratio in alignment with group direction.
- Manage channel cost and expenses, ensure strong relationships with all business partners.
- Contribute to developing business strategy through cost control and income-generating ideas.
- Assist BDM lead to ensure the achievement of GPB customer acquisition strategic and operating objectives, including annual sales targets and business profitability.
- Maintain sales quality ratio within prescribed levels.
- Proven ability in HNW and UHNW channel development and maintenance.
- Current product/market knowledge.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and motivation skills.
- Strong sales and organization ability and problem-solving skills.
- Result-driven and able to work under pressure.
- Good spoken and written English.
