Client Relationship Executive, Global Private Banking

Global Private Banking Overview
HSBC's Private Banking division offers tailored relationship management services, integrating banking, investment, and wealth advisory solutions for affluent clients and their families globally. Leveraging the extensive heritage and strategic foresight of the HSBC Group, we strive to uncover and present new avenues for our clients to effectively manage and safeguard their wealth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop new private banking connections while nurturing existing ones to enhance Assets Under Management and drive revenue growth.
• Regularly assess client portfolios to uncover further business opportunities and potential for revenue enhancement.
• Collaborate closely with various HSBC divisions, including Wealth and Personal Banking, Commercial Banking, and Global Banking and Markets, to identify cross-selling prospects and deliver comprehensive solutions to our clients.
• Utilize HSBC's extensive network, channels, and brand strength to engage in business development initiatives targeting International Private Wealth clients.
• Adhere strictly to HSBC's internal control protocols, focusing on risk management, regulatory compliance, and financial crime prevention.
• Ensure prompt execution of internal and external audit recommendations along with addressing any concerns raised by regulatory bodies.
• Aim to minimize operational losses through effective management practices.
Qualifications:
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in relationship management, preferably within private banking, commercial banking, or investment banking sectors.
• Demonstrated success in asset acquisition, growth, and revenue generation.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong emphasis on client service excellence.
• Comprehensive understanding of financial markets and wealth management offerings.
• Detail-oriented with a creative approach to problem-solving.
