Client Relationship Executive

Position Overview
As a pivotal member of our team, you will collaborate with various departments, including Sales, Legal, and Finance, to finalize subscription agreements and serve as the primary liaison for our clients regarding contract terms for both new sales and renewals.
Your role will involve ensuring timely contract renewals at the conclusion of each term, maintaining a proactive approach to client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main contact for sales teams in creating proposals and conducting pricing analyses for new sales.
- Serve as the primary resource for clients on all matters related to their contracts and renewals.
- Collaborate with clients to verify purchase histories, analyze usage data, and identify opportunities to enhance the value of their subscriptions.
- Lead discussions and coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop complex contracts for significant deals, ensuring compliance with company policies while addressing client needs.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our business models, contract terms, and product offerings, executing necessary processes in CRM systems as required.
- Work closely with sales teams to devise strategies aimed at achieving renewal targets.
- Engage in projects focused on improving process efficiency and enhancing client experiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with at least 5 years in a sales support role.
- Fluency in Korean and Chinese, with business-level proficiency in English.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills are essential.
- A proactive self-starter who anticipates business needs.
- Strong organizational and analytical capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience with CRM tools and Outreach is advantageous.
