Position Overview
Role Summary:
The individual will be accountable for executing sales strategies and enhancing customer support initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate a deep understanding of customer needs and expand the target market.
- Maintain and nurture key accounts while optimizing budgetary expenditures.
- Oversee a robust distributor network, providing guidance and monitoring their performance to meet annual objectives.
- Assist distributors in achieving broader coverage among end users.
- Foster and sustain customer relationships to drive in-market sales growth.
- Conduct thorough competitor analysis and collaborate with the tendering team to manage processes effectively.
- Collect market data and regularly share insights with the area manager.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and manage VIP accounts within the designated Emerging market.
- Lead sales initiatives in coordination with the customer care team and other support units.
- Conduct all business activities in strict adherence to company policies, including Roche Secure, Roche Behavior in Business, Roche Competition Law Interactive Dialogues, and Roche Safety, Security, Health, and Environmental Protection protocols.
- Understand and execute the responsibilities associated with the line manager's SHE tasks as outlined in the SHE handbook.
- Undertake additional projects or responsibilities as assigned by the line manager.
