Key Responsibilities:
1. Achieve sales targets and quotas within assigned industry verticals.
2. Strategically plan and implement industry development initiatives, establishing scalable business models and managing account plans effectively.
3. Cultivate and sustain a robust partner network within the industry.
4. Design and execute targeted marketing activities for the industry.
5. Assess customer needs and deliver timely, effective solutions.
6. Adhere to company policies while executing strategies.
7. Collaborate closely with senior management to ensure accurate information flow.
8. Maintain high standards of contract quality and cash flow performance.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales.
2. Experience in ownership sales and software is advantageous.
3. Proven track record of successful sales performance.
4. A background in Chemical studies is preferred.
5. Excellent communication skills and a proactive work ethic.
6. Ability to work collaboratively within and outside the team.
7. Proficiency in English reading and writing is preferred.
