Overview

Manage comprehensive recruitment processes for positions at L7 and below, including contractors and interns, while consistently adhering to established service levels for the Greater China Business Unit.

Key Responsibilities Requisition Initiation: Comprehend the requisition template and draft initial requisitions. Review and finalize requisitions, triggering the creation of 'peer position IDs' and initiating the requisition in the system. Job Advertising: Develop job advertisements and post them on relevant job boards. Select posting channels based on provided guidelines and ensure appropriate dissemination (both external and internal). Candidate Evaluation: Assess all applications received to identify suitable candidates. Schedule and conduct screening interviews, shortlist candidates for further consideration, and determine necessary assessments. Collaborate with Hiring Managers to arrange interviews and update candidate information in the system. Review the quality of screened candidates and communicate interview outcomes to candidates, including documentation requirements for those selected. Offer Management for External Candidates: Generate offer letters or Letters of Understanding (LoU) according to established guidelines and share them with candidates. Follow up with candidates who have not responded within the specified timeframe and initiate the onboarding process upon receipt of signed documents. Internal Candidate Recruitment: Advertise internal vacancies on the PepsiCo portal. Consolidate open positions and communicate them to all employees. Collect applications through designated channels and assess candidate eligibility based on established criteria. Inform Hiring Managers of eligible candidates and generate LoUs for selected internal candidates. Campus Recruitment: Create job postings for campus recruitment, conduct candidate screenings, and manage offer processes. Vendor Management: Oversee existing vendor relationships, ensuring quality delivery aligns with business needs. Develop new vendor partnerships to support business growth, including contract management and payment requests. Qualifications Bachelor's degree is required. Proven experience in social media recruitment. Current or prior experience as a Talent Acquisition Representative managing multiple functions. Experience in shared services within a complex, matrixed organization is essential. Strong ability to influence and collaborate across various business units. Capacity to cultivate and maintain effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders, including hiring managers and HR partners, to foster collaboration and achieve results. Proactive in identifying challenges and developing solutions with minimal oversight.
