Marketing Operations & Project Workstreams:

  • Manage marketing operation and project workstreams across functions to ensure timely delivery and effectiveness.
  • Closely partner with finance team on marketing expense management and tracking.
  • Develop and manage the global marketing calendar to align with GTM processes.

Marketing Project Management:

  • Coordinate cross-functionally with internal and external teams to deliver high-quality projects on time.
  • Keep projects on track through clear task lists, issue tracking, status reports, and meeting notes.
  • Manage project roll-out and leverage internal and external resources effectively.
  • Support process improvements and provide recommendations for continuous growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance to marketing expense guidelines.
  • Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI).
  • Net Sales.
  • Operating Profit.

Requirements:

  • Strategy consulting background preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience.
  • University degree or above.
  • Fluent in English.

  • Excellent PowerPoint skills.
  • Strong planning, multitasking, and project management skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptable to change and uncertainty.
