We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our Operations and Research team in Guangzhou, China. As a key member of our Ipsos team, you will be responsible for overseeing project services, ensuring effective execution of research projects, and providing expert advice to internal clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a multinational project team to deliver high-quality research projects within agreed specifications, scope, time, budget, and quality.
- Develop and implement project management strategies to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
- Provide expert advice to internal clients on research project planning, including scope, timeline, and budget.
- Manage project progress, ensuring all quality control standards are met, and communicate effectively with project stakeholders.
- Direct the team's efforts in research project management, developing their knowledge and coaching them in project management skills.
- Coach and mentor junior staff to enhance their project management skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in market research or marketing business, with demonstrated management experience.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage large multi-country studies.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional and multinational teams.
- Good command of both written and spoken English, with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
