About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished business leader to join our Amazon Advertising team as the Head of Marketing for CN Sponsored Product Growth. This role will be based in Shanghai and will report to the Head of Marketing, Asia Cross-Border.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a long-term growth strategy for the business, in partnership with Products, Partners, Product Marketing and Insights and other Amazon teams and functions.
  • Owns business targets and budgets, track and monitor performance metrics to ensure the deliveries.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to the crossborder market to elevate business development and and cultivate consumer engagement.
  • Create, measure and track performance metrics, optimize marketing and program plans, and deliver financial targets and business objectives.
  • Deep data analysis, and use insights to drive consistent improvement.
  • Be an influencer, and drive the strategic and creative business vision; Meanwhile, build productive relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leaders and a broad spectrum of functions, such as marketing, finance, legal and compliance, partners and sales.
Requirements
  • 15 years of experience in business development, product partnerships, or marketing management in advertising or ecommerce or tech.
  • Experience building and leading teams, and building networks in cross orgs.
  • Understanding of the crossborder industry opportunity, and a commitment to advance China SMB' SP strategies.
  • Experience in traditional and emerging media channels including TV, OOH, cinema, digital display, online video and paid social.
  • MBA or other equivalent advanced degree.
