Job Title: HR Director

PSG is a global leader in pump, metering, and dispensing solutions, enabling the safe and efficient transfer of critical and valuable fluids. As HR Director, you will play a key role in shaping the company's human resources strategy and driving business growth in the Asia Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to build the organization's goals and strategy related to talent, recruiting, and retention.
  • Develop and implement policies, processes, and training initiatives to support the organization's human resource compliance and strategy needs.
  • Administer or oversee the administration of human resource programs, including compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, employee engagement, and training and development.
  • Identify staffing and recruiting needs; develop and execute best practices for hiring and talent management.
  • Align and achieve company performance goals through team/leadership dynamics.
  • Monitor and ensure the organization's compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Attract, develop, and manage HR leadership teams across Asia.
  • Provide leadership for problem resolution to facilitate results with faster improvements and improved working relationships.
  • Oversee Human Resources budget to ensure compliance with organizational expenditure requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; 10 years related experience; with 5-7 years successful managerial experience; or equivalent successful combination of education and experience.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Detailed understanding of labor law legislation across the countries that the role supports.
  • Ability to influence others to accept practices and approaches, and ability to communicate and influence executive leadership.
  • Global and Cultural Effectiveness.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Critical thinking and evaluation as well as conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Domestic and international travel 30%.

Work Arrangement: Onsite
