Senior Marketing Manager for China

The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Marketing and Business Development efforts in China for our Performance Core product line. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships with major OEMs, ODMs, and cloud providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our Performance Core product line in China.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key technical and procurement stakeholders in the infrastructure customer base.
- Collaborate with Sales and FAE teams to win design-ins and drive revenue growth.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the market.
- Develop and deliver customer presentations to effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Define and develop product collaterals, competitive analysis, and field training material.
- Meet or exceed design-win targets in China.
Qualifications:
- BSEE or related fields with 15+ years of experience in business development, field applications engineering, marketing, or related roles.
- Understanding of power management applications and products.
- Experience in data center, servers, telecom, networking, and/or computing markets.
- High energy, self-motivated, and go-getter attitude.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate and be effective in a fast-paced environment.
- Track record of successfully launching products, generating design-wins, and driving revenue growth.
