Job Title: Senior Strategic Marketing Manager

ASML is a leading company in the semiconductor industry, and we are seeking a Senior Strategic Marketing Manager to join our team in China.

About the Role

The Senior Strategic Marketing Manager will be responsible for ensuring long-term business success through understanding of the semiconductor ecosystem, market, and technology changes. This role will align customer capacity scenarios to end-market demand and identify, investigate, and strategize the impact of market and technology developments on ASML's future business and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Align customer capacity scenarios to end-market demand and align market opportunity for new and installed systems.
  • Identify, investigate, and strategize the impact of market and technology developments on ASML's future business and opportunities.
  • Develop and align competition analysis and competitive positioning strategy.
  • Drive voice of customer in ASML long-term strategy process, support aligning long-term customer roadmaps and node requirements.
  • Work closely together with customer teams, business lines, and corporate strategy teams.
  • Align insights over multiple regions and assess impact on China market of extra-regional developments.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Physical Science, and an MBA or additional business degree is a strong plus. The candidate should have 10+ years of industry experience in electronic hardware technology, with roles in semiconductor manufacturing and design being highly preferred. The candidate should also have a recognized industry professional with broad understanding of semiconductor technology, markets, and ecosystem.
