Job Title: Sr. Marketing

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Marketing professional to lead our marketing and business development efforts in Shanghai. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing and business development plans aligned with our company goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Lead a team of marketing and business development professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with our product management team to support VOC, NPI GTM, production transfer, and key vertical penetration.
  • Work with our sales team to identify growth potential and lead the team to explore solutions to motivate business growth.
  • Lead the team to ensure on-time launch and GTM excellence for both global and local driving projects.
  • Cooperate with our commercial and marcom teams to drive lead generation and pipeline generation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, analytical chemistry, or material science; MBA is a plus.
  • Significant experience in marketing and business development roles, preferably in a senior or leadership capacity.
  • Strong ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive marketing and business development plans.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Deep understanding of business principles, including financial analysis, budgeting, and profitability.
