Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead the digital marketing efforts for our Premium Chocolate Category. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, engagement, and sales. This is a key role that will play a critical part in shaping the future of our digital marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall marketing objectives.
  • Lead the development and implementation of social media campaigns across various platforms, including WeChat, Red, and Douyin.
  • Manage and optimize the company's digital marketing budget to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to ensure alignment and effective execution of digital marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics to inform future strategy and optimize performance.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media and e-commerce.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns that drive engagement and sales.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and analytics.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
