About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Shanghai. As a key member of our Perfumery business, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our digital marketing strategy in China.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing & Communications:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to position DSM-Firmenich as a leader in the fragrance industry.
  • Manage social media platforms to create engaging content and build brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch digital marketing campaigns and promote new fragrance products.

Digital Business Development:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in China's digital landscape.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Experience: 4-8 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the fragrance industry.

Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, social media platforms, and analytics tools.

Language: Fluent English and Chinese language skills.
