Digital Marketing Specialist

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at DLG SA, you will play a key role in coordinating and executing digital projects in partnership with the Account Service and Creative Teams for leading luxury brands.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Account Manager and project team to ensure ongoing client satisfaction through communication and participation in client meetings.
  • Coordinate and carry out daily operations of social media platforms, ensuring timely delivery and facilitating effective communication between the client and internal teams.
  • Accurately understand client requirements and feedback, and effectively communicate them to the internal Creative Team to ensure efficient collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest digital landscape and Internet Ads Compliance Guidelines to ensure compliance and optimal results.
  • Utilize PPT, Excel, and other tools to create and maintain databases and digital marketing performance tables, tracking changes in the client's competitive landscape.
  • Develop client presentations and reports to equip the Account Service Team for client meetings.
  • Assist in community management on social platforms, identifying and resolving emerging issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • Relevant agency internship experience, preferably with a digital focus.
  • Ability to understand client briefs and feedback on content posting, and clearly brief the requirements and feedback to the Creative Team.
  • Familiarity with third-party social media design layout software.
  • Fluency in Chinese, proficiency in English, particularly written.
  • Passion for and fundamental knowledge of the Chinese luxury industry and digital ecosystem.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and basic data analysis ability.
  • Self-organized and strong interpersonal skills.
