Job Title: Sr. Marketing

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Sr. Marketing professional to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a key member of our marketing and business development team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing and business development plans aligned with company goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Lead a team of marketing and business development professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions to drive growth.
  • Manage and execute marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and conversion.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, business, or engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and business development, preferably in a senior or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing and business development strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
