About the Role

ASML is a leading technology company that enables the semiconductor industry. We are seeking a Senior Strategic Marketing Manager to join our team in China. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the long-term success of ASML's business in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Align customer capacity scenarios with end-market demand and identify market opportunities for new and installed systems.
  • Investigate and strategize the impact of market and technology developments on ASML's future business and opportunities.
  • Develop and align competition analysis and competitive positioning strategy.
  • Drive the voice of the customer in ASML's long-term strategy process and support aligning long-term customer roadmaps and node requirements.
  • Work closely with customer teams, business lines, and corporate strategy teams.
  • Align insights across multiple regions and assess the impact of extra-regional developments on the China market.
  • Utilize modern data analytical and visualization tools to facilitate market understanding and management decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Physical Science; MBA or additional business degree is a strong plus.
  • 10+ years of industry experience in electronic hardware technology, with a focus on semiconductor manufacturing and design.
  • Recognized industry professional with a broad understanding of semiconductor technology, markets, and ecosystem.
  • Proven record of customer and executive communication and presentation.
  • Experience with Lithography systems and customer applications is strongly preferred.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Chinese and English.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and influence without power.
  • Ability to build bridges across disciplines, both on an executive level and on an expert technical level.
