SAP Product Support Intern

What You'll Do- Monitor global queues and maintain chat monitors to ensure seamless customer support.
- Communicate with global customers to validate priority and resolve issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with colleagues to check incidents and provide solutions for clients.
- Assist team members in daily activities to ensure a smooth workflow.
We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about customer support. You should have excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- University students who will graduate in 2025 or later.

- No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow is essential.
- Ability to work 5 days a week for 6 months.
