ResMed is seeking a visionary Product Director to lead the development of our digital health products and services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving innovation, growth, and profitability across our product portfolio.

About the Role

The Product Director will be responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital health products on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining product documentation, including product plans, business cases, and product roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute product roadmap and deliver high-quality digital health products on time and within budget.
  • Define product requirements and user stories to ensure that product features meet customer needs and are aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain product documentation, including product plans, business cases, and product roadmaps.
  • Conduct research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and inform product development decisions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors to drive product innovation and differentiate our products.
  • Work closely with sales and customer success teams to gather and analyze customer feedback and insights to inform product roadmap.
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing to drive collaboration and alignment.
  • Advocate for the product vision and roadmap to gain buy-in and support from key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Communicate product updates and progress to senior leadership and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and support.
  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  • Drive product innovation by identifying new opportunities and defining the product roadmap to support the company's long-term growth plans.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze product performance metrics to inform product strategy and roadmap decisions.
