Job Title: Associate Creative Director - Art Base/ 创意副总监-设计方向

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Creative Director to join our team at DIGITAL LUXURY GROUP, DLG SA. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for leading the art team in China, developing fresh and creative digital content, and enhancing the team's overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Participate in the development of digital campaign strategies for luxury social media, ensuring alignment with brand goals and objectives.
  • Creative Concept Development: Drive the creation and implementation of campaign concepts, ensuring they meet brand standards and resonate with target audiences.
  • Client Presentation: Conduct presentations to clients, effectively articulating creative ideas and solutions.
  • Team Management: Lead a design team of 8-10 people, managing tasks, resources, and team members' career growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships with copy and account teams to achieve efficient cross-team collaboration.
  • Internal Brainstorming: Lead internal brainstorming and review sessions to drive creative innovation and team growth.
Requirements:
  • Critical Thinking: A critical thinker with fresh ideas, able to develop concepts and deliver results.
  • Team Management: Excellent team management skills, including task management, resource management, and team mentorship.
  • Language Proficiency: Chinese native, proficient in English.
  • Industry Experience: At least 8-10 years of experience in creative roles at digital-focused agencies, with a strong preference for experience in the luxury field.
  • Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, with people management experience, hardworking, and results-driven.
