Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Senior Supply Chain Planner to join our team at Alexander McQueen (Shanghai) Trading Limited. As a key member of our Supply Chain Management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain processes, from planning and execution to monitoring and analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Local Merchandising and Finance teams to support the Local strategy and drive Supply Chain & Operations excellence.
  • Develop and implement sales plans based on stock projections, ensuring optimal stock balance in Stores and Regional warehouses.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Availability Rate and Overstock, and implement corrective actions to improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Release and monitor Local Replenishment to stores to ensure availability and drive Sell-Through.
  • Support the launch of New Products locally and optimize initial allocation and replenishment.
  • Conduct sales planning and analysis for all product categories, providing monthly sales recaps and forecasts.
  • Forecast Demand for Future Market needs on Permanent Products, anticipating Events, Store Openings, and Seasonality Peaks.
  • Support Global Supply Chain Strategy and ensure compliance with Global processes.
  • Design and improve Reports to monitor Supply Chain performance.
  • Drive Automation, Innovation, and Continuous Improvements of Supply Chain Processes.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in the luxury industry (desirable).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, to effectively manage a fast-paced and varied workload.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, confident in speaking with several stakeholders.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel advanced level required, PowerBI a plus).
  • Degree in a related discipline (e.g. Business Management or Supply Chain Management).
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese, Cantonese is a plus.
  • Comfortable working under tight deadlines and on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willing to travel as required.
