Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute annual sales plans to meet or exceed targets, focusing on key accounts and product portfolio expansion.
  • Promote TE Connectivity's products to customers, identifying opportunities to increase market share and drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying new sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate communications and resolve customer issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor information, and customer needs to inform sales and marketing strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, with a strong background in mechanical engineering.
  • 2+ years of sales experience in the auto industry, with a technical background and experience in account management or similar roles.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a strong command of English written and reading.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure, with a proactive and learning-oriented mindset.
