Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in China. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the wind blade market, working closely with our local sales teams and key stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and execute a business development plan for the wind blade market in China, aligned with our global strategy and segment goals.
  • Identify and prioritize commercial opportunities with key customers and stakeholders, driving business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Work closely with our local sales teams and key stakeholders to ensure effective execution of business development initiatives.
  • Collect and analyze market research, competitive intelligence, and customer insights to inform business development strategies.
  • Participate in IBP monthly review and update on project progress.

Key Activities

Experience

  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in sales, marketing, product management, or business development functions.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and development in the wind blade market.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to collect and analyze market research and competitive intelligence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
