Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for initiating business development activities, designing and implementing business plans, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through direct mailers, canvassing, and other means.
  • Assist the Department Head in developing and implementing business strategies and plans.
  • Coach and mentor team members to achieve revenue targets and improve transaction performance.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date client databases and marketing materials.
  • Manage transactions and provide high-quality pre-sale and post-sale services to clients.

Requirements

  • Real estate and leasing experience in Beijing/China markets and/or mature markets or related education background preferred.
  • A good track record of working with multi-national corporations.
  • Well-educated and trained in real estate field.
