Business Development Manager

Join TOPTALENT as a Business Development Manager and take on a challenging role that requires strong sales and negotiation skills.   • Negotiate and close deals with clients and partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in Mandarin, Yue (Cantonese), Xiang (Hunanese), Min dialect, Gan dialect, Wu dialect, and Kejia or Hakka dialect (C1) and English (C1)
  • Proven portfolio of active FX clients with ability to rapidly expand the network
  • Proven track record in business development and meeting sales targets
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and CFD trading
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Proven experience within Forex (3-4 years and own active portfolio of clients)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
