Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at PEOPLECERT. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and expansion in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion in your assigned territory
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the education and training industries
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
- Post-graduate degree in a relevant field, preferably an MBA
- At least 15 years of experience in business development and sales, with a proven track record of driving business growth and expansion
- Strong understanding of the education and training industries, with a focus on assessment and certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement
