About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at PEOPLECERT. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and expansion in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion in your assigned territory
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the education and training industries
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Post-graduate degree in a relevant field, preferably an MBA
  • At least 15 years of experience in business development and sales, with a proven track record of driving business growth and expansion
  • Strong understanding of the education and training industries, with a focus on assessment and certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement
