About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at PEOPLECERT. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding our presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve business growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the industry
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market share
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales initiatives and projects
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to optimize sales strategies
Requirements
  • Post-graduate degree in a relevant field, preferably with an MBA
  • At least 15 years of experience in business development, with a proven track record of driving sales growth
  • Strong understanding of ITIL, Prince2, and DevOps principles
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
