Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for formulating and executing a channel management strategy to enhance partner involvement and attain growth objectives. You will also be responsible for understanding the Tyvek value proposition and achieving sales targets through creating downstream customer demand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to company core values and code of conduct
  • Formulate and execute a channel management strategy to enhance partner involvement and attain growth objectives
  • Understand Tyvek value proposition and achieve sales targets through creating downstream customer demand
  • Enhance brand advocacy in the consumer industry by cultivating loyalty among brand houses and designing
  • Identify growth opportunities and manage pipelines based on industry expertise and by engaging with value chain partners
  • Monitor closely competitive situation in the market and develop business solution to defend share for project-at-risk
  • Collaborate with various functions such as technical, CSR, supply chain & quality to manage entire sales cycle
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree, with major in polymer, packaging engineer, biomedical engineer or material Science
  • 7-8 years+ working experience in multinational companies with channel management and account management experience desired
  • Consumer industry experience or printing related experiences would be a big plus
  • Demonstrate a willingness to address challenges through the development of adaptable solutions
  • Strong business acumen, ability to manage project and sales execution capability
  • Excellent presentation, communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills; Open minded and willing to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Self-motivated, proactive and result oriented
  • Able to work under pressure and willing to travel frequently
