Job Title: Innovation Marketing Manager-Personal Health

Job Description:

As an Innovation Marketing Manager-Personal Health at Philips, you will be responsible for driving innovation and marketing strategies for our Personal Health products, specifically in the areas of Male Grooming and Oral Health Care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovation plans for Philips Personal Health products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch new products, services, and experiences that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and growth, and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Business Marketing Combination Leader and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication of marketing strategies and plans.
  • Develop and manage budgets for marketing initiatives, ensuring effective use of resources and ROI.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing roles, with a proven track record of delivering business results.
  • University degree in Business or Strategic Marketing.
  • Strong understanding of consumer motivations and insights, with experience in marketing activation and digital marketing.
  • Ability to manage a full Profit & Loss account and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English.
