Account Manager, ESM Softlines SAS Pro

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Account Manager, ESM Softlines SAS Pro. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving China-based sellers to maximize their presence and business in Amazon Global marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities:- Planning/Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of issues affecting seller business performance and provide valuable insights to inform product development and process improvement.
- Analyze territory trends, diagnose root causes of performance, and create actionable plans for operational improvements.
- Define territory, opportunities, and goals within the portfolio of accounts.
- Identify key business opportunities for the territory and manage toward a growth plan.
- Implement account management best practices and SOPs into the business development framework.
- Leadership:
- Become a thought leader in defining success criteria and understanding business needs of large sellers in an ever-changing business environment.
- Manage all aspects of the client relationship for the highest standard of seller experience.
- 2+ years of sales or account management experience
- 2+ years of digital advertising and client-facing roles experience
- Experience with Excel
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Experience analyzing key open issues and resolution metrics for each managed account
- Experience in relationship management within technology, startups, or SaaS platforms
