Technical Support Specialist

SAS Institute Corporation is seeking a skilled Technical Support Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our customer-facing organization, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional support to our global customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via multiple channels, including phone, email, live chat, and web contact forms.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of JMP products, services, and internal infrastructure to ensure accurate and efficient issue resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Store, Education, and Technical Support, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Engage with customers and prospects with enthusiasm and energy, maintaining coverage and availability throughout business hours.
- Access and document customer interactions in our case management system.
- Contribute to the development of customer experience strategies and provide feedback on process improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Marketing, or MIS.
- Proven experience in Technical Support, Customer Service, Sales, or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Japanese, and Chinese.
- Ability to multitask and work independently as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Knowledge of JMP products and services.
